Artist Registration

Thank you for your interest in joining our roster.

Bainsoft is a booking agency, not a talent management agency. We do not book tours, record deals, or exclusive representation. We connect freelance artists with client requests. If your profile fits, we will contact you with the details and check your availability.

HOW TO REGISTER

Complete the registration form using the button below. We review your profile and contact you when a suitable opportunity comes up.

WHAT TO PREPARE

• Narrators / voice actors: 2.5–3 minute demo (MP3), one photo, and a short bio.

• Composers: a demo reel, one photo, and a short bio.

• Event musicians: performance videos, three photos (headshot and body), and a short bio.

• Translators / engineers / directors: CV and portfolio or relevant work samples.

Photos do not need to be studio-quality; they should look clean and may be sent to clients. Optional links can be included in the form.

NO DEMO YET?

Clients often hire from demos, but a weak demo or weak photos can make it harder to get work. You can record a simple demo yourself or use a professional studio.

We look forward to hearing from you.
